Welcome to the Homepage for the 8th Annual Philadelphia Residency Fair & Exhibition Hall

The Annual Philadelphia Residency Fair is the largest of its kind in the city. Each year, hundreds of medical students from Philadelphia as well as other areas of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, New York, and Washington, D.C attend this event. This year, we will be hosted by the AMSA Regional Conference, an annual event that brings medical students from throughout the northeast together for a weekend long convention. As a result, we are expecting a fair attendance nearly double of previous years.

When and Where is the Fair?

The fair will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2009 from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at the Doubletree Hotel located at:

Why Should I Bring My Program to Your Fair?

This fair is an outstanding opportunity to introduce your program to of large number of potential residency applicants. This year, because we are associated with the ASMSA Regional Conference, we are expecting an attendance twice of what has been in years past.

How Can I Sign Up My Residency Program to Attend the Fair?

If I Cannot Send a Representative to the Fair, Can I Still Advertise to Student Attendees?

Absolutely! There are a couple of ways to reach out to our students. First you can become one of our sponsors which provides you the opportunity to advertise in a variety of ways including brochure ads, banners, and tshirt ads. You can also have us hand out information to attendees on your behalf for a nominal fee.

How Can I Sign Up My Organization to Attend the Fair?

If you are an organization or private company that appeals to medical students and would like to secure a table at the fair, please click here to go to our sponsorship page.
